Fly Wing USA is committed to supporting every customer with product guidance and purchase assistance. However, certain limitations apply as outlined below.

Fly Wing USA accepts no responsibility for injury, death, property damage, crash damage, aircraft damage, or damage to accessories arising from the use of any radio-controlled flight products or related activities.

The end user assumes full responsibility for all decisions regarding parts selection, component setup, and operation of aircraft and accessories. All risks and liabilities associated with product use rest solely with the user.

Typographical Errors

If a product is listed with incorrect pricing, descriptions, or images due to typographical or supplier errors, Fly Wing USA reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price. Pricing errors may be corrected at our discretion.

Orders may be canceled regardless of confirmation or payment status. Refunds for canceled orders will be issued promptly to the original payment method.

Product information on our website may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

Payment Authorisations & Refunds

All credit and debit card transactions require cardholder approval. Refunds processed to cards may take 48 hours or more to appear, depending on the issuing bank. Fly Wing USA is not liable for delays beyond our control.

All content including images, descriptions, and trademarks are the property of Fly Wing USA. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited without written consent.

Order Acceptance Policy

Fly Wing USA reserves the right to modify, decline, or cancel any order at any time. Orders may be held for fraud verification before release.

Pricing Errors

While we strive for accurate pricing, Fly Wing USA may cancel or modify orders placed at incorrect prices. Refunds will be issued for canceled orders accordingly.

Battery Safety

Due to the nature of Lithium Polymer and other batteries, customers are solely responsible for their safe use, charging, handling, storage, and disposal. Fly Wing USA disclaims all liability for damages, injuries, or losses related to battery use.
