Do your helicopters come ready to fly?
Yes. Our helicopters are sold ready to fly (RTF). The box includes the helicopter, the remote control, a charging cable, spare parts and the user manual.
Are GPS RC helicopters good for beginners?
Yes. In GPS mode you push the stick to move, and when you let go the helicopter brakes and holds its position and height. One switch flies it back to where it took off.
What happens when the battery runs low?
Our GPS models fly back to their takeoff point and land on their own when the battery gets low.
How fast do you ship?
All stock ships from the USA, usually within 1–3 business days. Standard US shipping is free on orders over $99, conditions apply. See the shipping policy for details.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. If a helicopter has been opened and powered on, a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs applies. See the refund policy.
Do I need to register my RC helicopter with the FAA?
If it weighs more than 250 g (0.55 lb), recreational pilots in the US generally need to register it with the FAA and follow Remote ID rules. Please check the current rules at faa.gov before you fly.
