How do I return an item?
Please reach out via our contact form to begin your return. Just include your order number and email address, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Purchase Note: If the product you purchase has been opened and powered on, a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs will be charged for returns. If the product is returned unopened and in its original sealed packaging, only the return shipping cost will be charged.
Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with shipping instructions.
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days of purchase
- In unused and resellable condition
- In original packaging with all tags intact
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
- Open box items
The item I received is damaged!
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us via the contact form within 7 days of delivery so we can assist promptly.
Can items be exchanged?
Yes, we offer exchanges for eligible products. After your exchange request is approved, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
We offer the following refund methods:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (where applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send detailed shipping instructions via email.
Shipping Promotion Eligibility and Exclusions
Shipping promotions apply only to completed purchases and do not apply to returned or refunded orders.
How soon will I get my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Warranty Policy
We’re committed to supporting your warranty concerns. Please read the following to understand how warranties are handled for products purchased through us.
Warranty Time Frame
Each product is backed by the manufacturer’s own warranty terms. We may refer you directly to the manufacturer if they require direct support.
Our standard 30-day return policy applies only to new, unused items. Faulty products fall under manufacturer warranty and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Manufacturer Contact & Escalation
We ask that you contact the manufacturer first. If no response is received within 5 business days, we’ll step in to assist through our support channels.
Warranty Scope & Responsibility
We are not a warranty repair centre. Repairs, replacements, and liabilities are subject to the original manufacturer’s policies. We are not responsible for any damage due to defects, misuse, or failures outside of our control.
Post-Installation Faults
If a fault develops after installation or use, warranty claims may still be valid with the original manufacturer, regardless of purchase date.
Ancillary Damage
While we’ll assist with the product that failed, we are not liable for any secondary damage caused to other items or systems.
Warranty Returns
All warranty returns approved by our support team are subject to inspection and testing. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing.
- If the item is found to be faulty, we’ll repair, replace, credit, or refund as appropriate.
- If the item is not faulty, we’ll return it to you as-is. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be provided in these cases.
We’ll explain the findings and offer guidance on correct product use if needed.
